- Numintec asks its customers to comply with its instructions and all legal requirements and regulations relevant to its system, network and any service provided in the countries where it operates.
Where customers do no comply with these legal requirements and regulations, they agree to exonerate Numintec from any damages, costs and expenses (including legal fees) or compensation to be paid or received by Numintec for this reason.

- E-mail transmission
- Under no circumstances will Numintec customers send unsolicited bulk e-mails of any type, nor will then permit the use of unsolicited bulk e-mails to advertise sites housed in the Numintec comunicaciones.
- No e-mail server connected to the Numintec comunicaciones must be configured as an open relay.
This server could be used for the unauthorised transmission of bulk e-mails. Where this is the case, the transmission will be considered as originated by the customer.
- Customers must not use the Numintec comunicaciones or systems to send e-mails with modified, false, inexact or intentionally erroneous headings and any other information for which the source of the message is confusing or misleading.

- Service interruption and breach of network security
Users accept the following:
- Under no circumstances must Numintec customers use the network or systems to access or try to access any system without authorisation.
The measures considered unacceptable include, for example, network probing, network assignment, vulnerability analysis or the use of vulnerabilities or errors in system or network configuration without prior authorisation in order to obtain unauthorised access or for any other purpose.
- The correct source address of the original system must be indicated in any package transmitted in or over the Numintec comunicaciones by Numintec or its customers.
The transmission of packages not meeting with this condition over the Numintec comunicaciones may be forbidden with no additional notification.
- Networks must be configured to reject external networking traffic.
- Numintec customers must not use any protocol or service with the aim of hinder or prevent the legitimate use of any service by third parties.
- Customers must not use the Numintec comunicaciones or systems to transmit viruses.
- Customers must not use the Numintec comunicaciones or systems to directly or indirectly install unauthorised computer software or other modification to any system without the prior authorisation of its owner.
- Customers must not attempt to intercept or modify any traffic being transmitted over the Numintec comunicaciones.
- Numintec customers will not collect any personal information on other users of the Services without their authorisation.
- Numintec does not guarantee the security of the data transmitted over its networks.
Although Numintec adopts all practical measures to protect this data, it is the responsibility of the communicating parties to guarantee the security and integrity of their data.
- Numintec is not responsible for the security of client systems connected to the Numintec comunicaciones.
Customers are responsible for guaranteeing this security.
- Where customers have the impression that their security or privacy may have been violated through a system connected to the Numintec network, they must request any type of repair by third parties.
Numintec will adopt all legitimate and practical means required to help in this investigation, respecting the rights of the third parties at all times.

- Use of material
- Numintec customers accept that Numintec is unable to control and is not responsible for the contents of the internet.
All queries relating to the contents of systems or networks not housed in the Numintec comunicaciones must be made to the corresponding owners of the system or network and not Numintec.

- Numintec customers may not use Numintec comunicaciones or systems to distribute material subject to copyright unless this has been authorised by its owner.
Numintec customers must not use Numintec comunicaciones or systems for unsuitable or illegal purposes or to receive or send messages considered, to the reasonable limits of Numintec, offensive, indecent, obscene, threatening, malicious or defamatory or that are in breach of intellectual property rights (including, for example, trademarks, copyrights or rights relating to domain names) nor must they allow others to do so.
- Numintec is not held responsible for any material created or accessible in or over the Numintec comunicaciones and Services that has not been published by or at the request of Numintec.
Numintec does not supervise or undertake any editorial control over said material but it does reserve the right to do so as far as this is permitted by current law.

- Numintec may charge the offending party for the time and resources used to solve the breach; or
- Numintec may, with no prior notification, suspend or cancel network connections.

- System and network security
Users are forbidden to infringe or attempt to infringe the security of the Numintec Network and Services, including for example:
- accessing data not addressed to said User or register with a server or account without authorised access;
- attempting to probe, analyse or verify the vulnerability of a system or network or not comply with the security or authentication measures without due authorisation;
- attempting to interfere, hinder or incapacitate the service for any user, host service or even, for example, by overloading, "flooding", "mail bombing" or "attempts to remotely stop or restart a system (crashing)";
- falsifying any TCP/IP package heading or part of the information in the heading of e-mail messages or news group subject; or
- adopting measures to obtain services to which the User is not entitled.
- Breach of system or network security may lead to civil or criminal liability.
Numintec will investigate the events involving these breaches and may contact the national security forces and cooperate with them to sanction Users guilty of said breaches.
