Numintec sponsors the International Conference on Insolvency and Credit Market
On November 23 and 24th of 2017 will take place at the Notary College of Madrid the International Conference on Insolvency and Credit Market co-sponsored by Numintec and coordinated by the president of Numintec José María Torres.
This conference’s goal is to reflect on the new changes on natural persons’ insolvencies proposed by the European Union, and how they could impact in the functioning of the credit market so as to avoid, on the one hand, debtors’ who fail financial exclusion and, on the other, a generalized increase in the cost of credit for all applicants.
Matilde Cuena (professor of Civil Law accredited to Professor at the Universidad Complutense of Madrid and Vice-President of the Fundación Hay Derecho), Ignacio Tirado (Professor of Commercial Law at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid) and David Ramos (Professor of Commercial Law at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid) run the conference, which will feature the interventions of different professionals who are experts in the field at an international level.
