The system can be configured to receive any kind of peripheral scanner markings in place at the client’s sites as well as any simple function (eg * 15 #) marked in your employee’s telephone.
Registered users can access the system via a web interface to display their markings and, by that, they can know their so you can know their tickets, delays, etc. in a flexible, fast and secure way.
System administrators can organize each employee’s or group of employees’ (departments) schedule, as well as the different kinds of marking and the calendars of the festivities, and organize them by location (company’s different sites).
InvoxPRESENCE can generate automatic alerts when there is events as marking out of hours, “no markings” (when an employee has not got to his / her job, a site has not opened yet, etc.).
The system provides an external visitor’s manager in order to show you, at any time and immediately, who are the people that do not belong to your company who are physically in the building. This is especially important in sites with evacuation plans.
