Complaints Channel

The Compliance System defines the channels through which all managers, employees, stakeholders, and collaborators can report any breach of the Company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct, as well as any violation of applicable legislation. Numintec’s whistleblower channel allows for the communication, confidentially and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), of activities and behaviors, potentially irregular or illegal, that occur within the internal scope of the Company, as well as its activity, and which any person may have become aware of by virtue of their professional relationship with the Company.

The whistleblower is guaranteed protection against retaliation for any inquiry or communication of non-compliance made in good faith.
