How does it work?

A cloud PBX works by virtualizing the business telephony infrastructure. Instead of having physical equipment and cables, the cloud PBX runs on remote servers and is configured through a web interface or a mobile application.

The company’s telephones are connected to the Internet and registered in the cloud PBX, allowing them to make and receive calls as if they were connected to a traditional PBX.
