A cloud PBX, also known as a virtual PBX or cloud PBX, is a communications system based on VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) technology that allows a company’s telephone calls to be managed centrally over the Internet.
Unlike traditional PBXs based on physical hardware, the cloud PBX operates on remote servers and is accessed through a network connection.
