The third edition of this show was held on 31st May at the Palacio de Congresos in Barcelona, located in the Montjuïc fairgrounds.

At present, the leadership of organizations depends on adapting to new scenarios. This requires combining the exact dose between the customer experience and the engagement of company employees. For this reason, the Barcelona Customer Congress (BCC) was born, an event to promote a meeting point for professionals to share experiences and best practices in customer management.
