We sponsor the II Numintec Tournament – III Pepe Mascaró Memorial with the Barcino Tennis Club

Numintec, commited to the educational value of sport, has renewed its agreement with the Barcino Tennis Club and will keep sponsoring the Pepe Mascaró U-15 Memorial Tournament, a mixed U-15 championship that aims to support the future promises of tennis.

The II Numintec Tournament – III Pepe Mascaró Memorial will be held at the Barcino Tennis Club from the 3rd to the 6th of May, as a tribute to a member and friend who, throughout his life, stood out for his involvement in women’s tennis.

The ceremony was attended by Mr. José María Torres, Executive President of Numintec, and Dr. Rafel Guayta, President of the Barcino TC.

 

Last year’s edition counted with 24 players, including some of the best under-15s. Dami Edibson (Mallorca) and Carlos Alcaraz (Murcia) won the U-15 I Numintec Tournament – II Pepe Mascaró Memorial. In the finals they beat Alba Rey (Murcia) 4-6 6-0 6-3 and Max Alcalá (Barcelona) 6-3 2-0 (retired).
