The new InvoxContact Contact Center agent application is now available, more usable and with more real-time information.

Two of Numintec’s main values are constant innovation and adaptation to change, which is why we continuously analyse all the aspects that influence the proper development of the tasks of the Contact Center agents and we pay great attention to the feedback they give us in order to work on improving their satisfaction and results.

As of today, all our users can access the updated application, from which we would like to highlight three important functionalities:

  • On the one hand, the user experience has been improved, allowing each agent to quickly find the option they need.
  • Secondly, speed is a key aspect for the effectiveness of Call Centers, so now all InvoxContact agent information is updated in real time.
  • And last but not least, the application shows new monitors for overseers, allowing them to see the status of all agents, calls in progress and times since the last change of status.
